- interfere with the Services, our servers or other players' enjoyment;
- use the Services for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.
5. Virtual items and currency
The Games may include virtual items and currency such as pollen, nectar, coins or boosts. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use only within the Game. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as part of running the Games.
6. In-app purchases
Optional purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and payment policies. Prices are shown before you buy. All purchases are final except where required by law or the store's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly. You can disable in-app purchases in your device settings.
7. Advertising
The Games are free to play and include third-party ads, including optional rewarded ads. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products and websites they link to.
8. Intellectual property
The Games, the Bee Knees name and logo, characters, artwork, music, code and all related content belong to Bee Knees or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Updates and availability
We regularly update the Games and may add, change or remove features. We may also discontinue a Game, with reasonable notice where possible. We don't guarantee the Services will always be available or free of errors.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Bee Knees is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
