Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026 · Last updated October 12, 2026

The short version: we collect a small amount of data to run our games, show ads, process purchases and fix bugs. We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@beeknees.games.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Bee Knees ([Legal entity name], [Registered address]) ("Bee Knees", "we", "us") handles information when you play our mobile games, including Beeknees and Crazy Dispatch (the "Games"), or visit this website (together, the "Services"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you play, we and our partners may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID, IDFA/GAID, or IDFV), device model, operating system, language, country derived from IP address, app version, crash logs, and gameplay events such as levels played, session length and in-game purchases.

Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a transaction confirmation and receipt, never your full payment card details.

3. How we use it

  • To provide the Games, save your progress and deliver purchased items.
  • To understand how the Games are played and improve balance, difficulty and features.
  • To find and fix crashes and bugs.
  • To show advertising, including personalised ads where you have agreed to them.
  • To answer support requests and prevent fraud or cheating.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising

Our Games are free and supported by ads served through networks such as Google AdMob. These partners may use your device's advertising identifier to show ads and measure their performance. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. On iOS, we only access your IDFA if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

You can opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads) or through the privacy options inside each Game.

5. Analytics and service providers

We use third-party services to run the Games, for example analytics, crash reporting, ad mediation and cloud hosting. They process data on our behalf under contracts that limit how they can use it. A current list of these partners and links to their privacy policies is available on request at privacy@beeknees.games.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To make a request, email privacy@beeknees.games and include your in-game player ID (found in each Game's settings) so we can locate your data. We will respond within the time required by law.

8. California residents

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Some ad partners' use of identifiers may count as "sharing"; you can opt out using the privacy options in each Game or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children

Our Games are intended for a general audience. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. When a player indicates they are under 13 (or the age of digital consent in their country), we disable personalised advertising, show only contextual ads, and do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is needed to operate the Game. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Retention, security and transfers

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Our providers may process data outside your country; where we transfer data from the EEA or UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the Games.
